Thank you for supporting Written For His Glory. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your order arrives accurately and in good condition.

Because we offer both digital products and print-on-demand physical items, the following policies apply.


Digital Products

All digital products, including audiobooks, downloadable resources, and digital materials, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after delivery.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.


Printed Books and Physical Products

Printed books and physical items are produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Lulu Direct.

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Returns

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All return or replacement requests must be submitted before returning any product.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after it has been approved:

  • Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary
  • Contact your bank for additional processing details
