Thank you for supporting Written For His Glory. Our goal is to ensure that every order is delivered accurately and in good condition.
Because our store offers both printed products and digital resources, the following policies apply.
Digital Products
All digital products, including audiobooks, downloadable resources, and other digital materials, are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Printed Books and Physical Products
Printed books and other physical items are produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Lulu Direct.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment provider to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns
Because many products are printed on demand, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items returned without prior contact or approval may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout.
